Anthony J. Cataldo, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer
Anthony J. Cataldo served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of VoIP, Inc (OTC BB:VOII) from September 2006 through April 2008. During the past five (5) years, Mr. Cataldo has served as non-executive chairman of the board of directors of BrandPartners Group, Inc. (OTC BB:BPTR), a provider of integrated products and services dedicated to providing financial services and traditional retail clients with turn-key environmental solutions from October 2003 through August 2006. Mr. Cataldo also served as non-executive co-chairman of the board of MultiCell Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: MUCL), a supplier of functional, non-tumorigenic immortalized human hepatocytes from February 2005 through July 2006. Mr. Cataldo has also served as executive chairman of Calypte Biomedical Corporation (AMEX: HIV), a publicly traded biotechnology company, involved in the development and sale of urine based HIV-1 screening tests from May 2002 through November 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Cataldo served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Miracle Entertainment, Inc., a Canadian film production company, from May 1999 through May 2002 where he was the executive producer or producer of several motion pictures. From August 1995 to December 1998, Mr. Cataldo served as President and Chairman of the Board of Senetek, PLC (OTC BB:SNTKY), a publicly traded biotechnology company involved in age-related therapies.
Maurice Ian Spitz, Vice President
Mr. Spitz has extensive professional experience in securities brokerage, investment banking, corporate management, and sales. Over 21 years of experience includes work with firms such as Fleet Consulting Corporation, Retirement Capital Centers, Worldwide Leasing Group, and Osborne Stern Brokerage. He graduated from Queens College with a BA in Economics and History.
Michael D. Handelman, CPA, Financial Consultant, Mr. Handelman is highly-experienced in financial reporting, modeling, deal structures, mergers and acquisitions, and negotiation for buy and sell-side companies. With over 15 years of prior executive-level financial experience, he previously worked as the Chief Financial Officer of Techno Concepts, Inc., the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Janex International, and the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Los Angeles Kings. He graduated from Brooklyn College with a BS in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
William John Reininger, Vice President of Investor Relations
Mr. Reininger has extensive experiences in securities brokerage, investment banking, and sales, having worked in the industry for over 25 years. Prior roles include work with Bengal Trading, Moorgate Funding, Columbus Financial Securities, and Spectrum Securities. At Spectrum Securities, he was a Partner and Sales Director and helped raise over $1 billion for mezzanine financings. He graduated from Indiana State University with BS and MS degrees. He is also active as a motivational speaker, CEO coach, and as an advisor to top high school and university wrestling programs.
